So apparently there is a vacancy to fill in China, since the Dali Lama has decided not to be reincarnated in Tibet.

These Chinese folks are very interesting. Far be it for me to decide who can be reincarnated where, but I hardly think that banning something like reincarnation is a step on the right direction for any developed country. But then again, maybe I am giving them too much credit.
